Eton Mess
There's not much that says British Summer more clearly than Eton Mess. Hidden in the bottom are sweet juicy strawberries - from our kitchen garden if the season is right. Topped with a light creamy frosting and scattered with meringue and finished with strawberry pieces. You can almost hear the cheers at Wimbledon!

Flour (Wheat flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Unsalted Butter (Milk), Icing Sugar (White Cane Sugar, Anti Caking Agent: Maize Starch), Sugar, Cream Cheese (Full Fat Soft Cheese, Salt, Stabiliser (Locust Bean Gum),Acid (Citric Acid)), Milk, Eggs, Strawberries, Meringue (Sugar, Pasteurised Free Range Egg White), Baking Powder (E 450 (diohosphates), E 500 (sodium carbonates) maize starch), Vanilla Extract (Water, Ethanol, Sugar, Vanilla Extract)
Baked in a kitchen where products containing nuts are also made.
