Rhubarb and Custard Blondies

There is not better pudding combination - well, maybe there is, but this has to be up at the top somewhere!

These fudgy blondies are made with rhubarb grown in our kitchen garden when it's in season.  Rhubarb compote and custard are swirled through the blondie mixture.  Once baked, white chocolate is then drizzled over the top.
