Mat from Wych's Brew came to Shocklach Gardening Group in January 2024, at very short notice, to give a talk on Autumn Foraging.  It was a bitterly cold evening but the atmosphere in the hall was anything but.  Mat is a confident speaker, clearly very experienced, and quickly had everyone engaged as he identified plants and fruits he had foraged in the local area.  His focus for the evening was on home-made brews and there were delicious samples for us to try: home made cider and a very tasty blackberry sloe gin! We hope he will return for another visit.
