Allergens

As as small home-based business, it is very difficult to avoid many of the main allergens.  We always label our products appropriately but cannot guarantee that they have never been in contact with traces of allergens.  In relation to the 14 key allergens, Wych's Brew makes the following statements:

Celery - while we do not use this ingredient in any of our commercial products we cannot guarantee that our production area is free from contact.

Cereals Containing Gluten - used widely in our products and present in our production area.

Crustaceans - while we do not use this ingredient in any of our commercial products we cannot guarantee that our production area is free from contact.

Eggs - used widely in our products and present in our production area.

Fish - while we do not use this ingredient in any of our commercial products we cannot guarantee that our production area is free from contact.

Lupin - while we do not use this ingredient in any of our commercial products we cannot guarantee that our production area is free from contact.

Milk - used widely in our products and present in our production area.

Molluscs - while we do not use this ingredient in any of our commercial products we cannot guarantee that our production area is free from contact.

Mustard - used widely in our products and present in our production area.

Nuts - used widely in our products and present in our production area.

Peanuts - while we do not use this ingredient in any of our commercial products we cannot guarantee that our production area is free from contact.

Sesame - while we do not use this ingredient in any of our commercial products we cannot guarantee that our production area is free from contact.

Soya - while we do not use this ingredient in any of our commercial products we cannot guarantee that our production area is free from contact.

Sulphur Dioxide (Sulphites) - used widely in our products and present in our production area.
